Overview

As a Revenue Enablement Field Manager at Restaurant365, you will be instrumental in facilitating and optimizing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of sales teams within a SaaS environment.

In Short

  • Assist in onboarding and training programs for sales and business development.
  • Facilitate training sessions and maintain sales methodology.
  • Design and maintain educational content for ongoing training.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions.
  • Advise revenue leadership on forecasting and decisions.
  • Enhance sales productivity through process simplification.
  • Manage documentation for sales processes and training materials.
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Continuously optimize existing training approaches.
  • Be a flexible and fast learner in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in enablement, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of sales environment and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and writing training content.
  • Facilitation experience in onboarding and training.
  • Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel in-person, up to 15%.
