Overview

The Field Sales Leader will lead a team of sales executives to develop and produce results in the restaurant industry, focusing on new business acquisition and establishing Restaurant365’s SaaS platform.

In Short

  • Lead a team of 5 to 8 sales executives in specific cities.
  • Focus on identifying and earning new business.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Engage prospects to close sales.
  • Maintain weekly reporting and team meetings.
  • Manage MRR quotas and pipelines.
  • Support full cycle sales executives.
  • Establish individual development plans for the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ experience managing SaaS and restaurant outside sales teams.
  • Experience in outside sales within the restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency in high volume selling with quick sales cycles.
  • Experience in team development and territory building.
  • Demonstrated sales success with Mid-Market and SMB clients.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach team members.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales technologies.
  • Collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to travel up to 15% as needed.
