Overview

The Senior Revenue Enablement Field Manager at Restaurant365 will drive productivity and performance across the sales organization by leading enablement initiatives and coaching sales teams.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales enablement or high-performance sales.
  • Strong knowledge of value-based selling methodologies.
  • Prior experience in a full-cycle closing sales role.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage sales professionals.
  • Experience designing scalable enablement programs.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC as a qualification framework.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset for leveraging sales performance data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
