Overview

The Manager, Strategic Sales is responsible for leading a sales team to develop business opportunities and manage sales efforts for enterprise solutions within the restaurant industry.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Strategic and Growth Account Executives.
  • Focus on acquiring and growing national restaurant brands with 500+ locations.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet quota targets.
  • Implement sales initiatives and strategies for key enterprise prospects.
  • Facilitate coaching and development of Account Executives.
  • Maintain weekly reporting and meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage MRR quotas and report progress to the VP, Strategic Accounts.
  • Support full cycle sales representatives in best practices.
  • Ensure accountability for team goals.
  • Oversee Salesforce CRM best practices and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams.
  • Experience in complex solution-oriented sales, preferably software.
  • Track record in new business development with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with C-suite executives.
  • ERP or restaurant industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
