Overview

The Account Executive, Mid Market is responsible for selling the R365 Accounting and Operations Platform to mid-market restaurant groups, primarily supporting the Roanoke region.

In Short

  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager to identify and sell into new accounts
  • Generate pipeline leading to closed revenue and consistent quota attainment
  • Sell on value and ROI vs. features
  • Uncover pain points and business impacts
  • Demonstrate adaptability as part of a growing team
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Ensure new customers remain on track for implementation
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Network with existing customers and vendor partners
  • Conduct continual industry research

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Proven Account Management/Sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adopt a sales process
  • Ability to network and build relationships
  • Ability to negotiate and problem-solve
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion!
  • Accounting or Restaurant Management experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
