ReSource Pro is seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue and qualified leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

• Utilize a range of digital marketing tactics to achieve revenue and lead generation goals.
• Leverage marketing systems like SEMrush and Google Ads for analysis and reporting.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize page titles for traffic boost.
• Execute and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Provide recommendations on marketing spend based on performance.
• Manage website development projects ensuring SEO best practices.
• Monitor webpage performance and suggest improvements.
• Run reports from Google Analytics and Salesforce to identify traffic sources.
• Utilize WordPress for content updates to increase lead visibility.
• Manage web tracking systems like Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Communications.
• 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and SEM.
• 2+ years of experience with CRM Marketing tools such as Salesforce.
• Preferred Certifications: Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords certificate.
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing multiple projects.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of marketing campaign elements and brand guidelines.
