Overview

Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Modeling Consultant to support our Inflation Reduction Act Program field delivery in Indiana. As an early key hire in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality energy assessments and ensuring quality energy modeling for our HOMES and HEAR programs.

In Short

• Deliver high-quality energy assessments.
• Ensure quality energy modeling for HOMES and HEAR programs.
• Conduct in-home energy audits focused on income-based participants.
• Oversee residential weatherization and HVAC inspections.
• Review QA/QC findings to ensure program integrity.
• Serve as a liaison between the Energy Auditor field team and the software platform.
• Review project inputs and calibrate modeling software.
• Finalize equipment selections with customers.
• Develop and implement energy audit protocols.
• Generate reports to monitor and measure performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in energy auditing and modeling.
• Strong project management skills.
• Leadership skills and focus on team building.
• Knowledge of BPI certifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid field and remote office setting.
• Experience with customer service.
