Overview

As Resolver's Customer Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping to create and run engaging customer programs.

In Short

  • Manage customer marketing calendar and keep projects on track using Asana.
  • Handle logistics for customer webinars and in-person events.
  • Maintain accurate customer marketing data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create case studies and reviews.
  • Draft clear communications to invite customers to programs and highlight new content.
  • Track customer engagement and responses to marketing initiatives.
  • Capture and organize customer stories and testimonials for marketing use.
  • Pull reports to analyze the performance of marketing programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to enhance customer marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and community building.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in Marketing, Customer Success, or Communications.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across teams, especially with Customer Success Managers and Product teams.
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting customer communications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus.
  • Passion for customer engagement and storytelling.
