• Drive Customer Growth programs and support transactional communications.
• Strengthen customer advocacy initiatives across all products and segments.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for upsell and retention.
• Develop understanding of customer segments for personalized strategies.
• Create and maintain campaign tracking and performance reporting.
• Monitor effectiveness to optimize program ROI.
• Support execution of transactional communication workflows.
• Own the customer communications calendar and monthly newsletter.
• Assist in advocacy campaigns highlighting customer success stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or demand generation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with project management skills.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
