Overview

The Customer Success Implementation Specialist will be part of the Implementation team, responsible for helping customers deploy and adopt Elation’s solutions, ensuring they achieve their clinical and operational goals.

• Manage the deployment of Elation’s solution to large and medium scale customers.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.
• Create and execute project plans with success criteria.
• Track implementation progress and product adoption.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel.
• Explain Elation’s capabilities to various customer types.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Support or work with technical products.
• Demonstrate strong priority management and emotional intelligence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or implementation roles.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in system implementations.
• Proven track record of effective communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage high visibility and demanding positions.
