Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding/Implementation Specialist with strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing customer data for platform ingestion.

In Short

• Review, clean, and organize customer data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Use functions such as VLOOKUP, Index Match, and formulas for data preparation.
• Identify missing information or formatting issues and communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on data-related queries.
• Assist in maintaining internal records and setting up accounts.
• Pull data for kickoff and reporting calls.
• Contribute to process improvements for data onboarding.
• Support in building presentation decks as needed.
