• Manage all ICT products related to operational compliance and safety.
• Ensure systems and applications function optimally to register incidents and alert teams.
• Oversee operational management of ICT services to meet service levels.
• Translate market developments into execution improvements.
• Manage the full budget for the product within the overall ICT budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams, IT partners, and stakeholders.
• Implement strategic plans into concrete projects, spending up to 50% of time on project management.
• Motivate and guide teams across departments.
• Foster knowledge sharing among teams.
• Work in a dynamic team with attractive employment conditions.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with proven results.
• Experience in an industrial environment with a customer focus is a plus.
• Knowledge of project, program, and product management.
• Strong communication skills at both technical and conceptual levels.
• Experience with stakeholder management and negotiations.
• Analytical, results-oriented, and well-organized.
• Experience in team management.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
