Overview

As a Compliance Senior Program Manager at Coinbase, you will lead the charge in helping us build a world-class Compliance programs organization while ensuring that we meet our mission to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone.

In Short

• Design and document key AML controls to support First Line Compliance Operations.
• Focus on AI / ML automation initiatives for compliance.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Own business requirements documentation for AML First Line Controls.
• Utilize metrics and reporting to propose risk-based recommendations.
• Gather customer feedback to balance experience and compliance.

Requirements

• 10 years of KYC/AML experience in financial services or technology.
• 5 years experience designing and documenting Compliance controls.
• 3 years experience communicating with senior leadership on AML frameworks.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations for financial services.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related fields.
