Revenue Operations and GTM Systems Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Operations and GTM Systems Specialist to join our world-class Operations team. In this role, you will partner with the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Sales Operations, and the Director of Marketing Operations among others to support functions essential to go-to-market productivity.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive support for the Operations team, including front-line sales support, deal management, and general troubleshooting.
• Assist with the implementation of new technologies to support Operations’ initiatives.
• Work with the Operations team to design and implement processes that promote operational efficiency.
• Assist in managing integrations with Salesforce and other sales-related systems.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across the Operations team to support major Operational responsibilities.
• Support our Sales Enablement Leader to deliver programs and documentation to our users.
• Assist in training new users and grow the operational skillset across the organization.
• Act as an operational utility player.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of total work experience.
• Revenue operations experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience working in a high-growth enterprise software startup environment is required.
• Top-notch analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to learn and understand complex concepts.
• A strong understanding of data and data reporting.
• Strong understanding of and ability to learn to use a variety of software and other technologies.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
