Overview

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are followed up consistently, and preparing professional sales materials.

  • Maintain and update relevant master data.
  • Monitor KPIs and deadlines to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Key Account Management.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and reporting.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven work style.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in CRM systems with a strong affinity for data.
  • Strong communication and interface skills.
  • Good analytical understanding and high affinity for numbers.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
