The HR Business Partner will actively shape HR processes, support leadership in personnel matters, manage recruiting, and foster a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable qualification in Human Resources.
• Relevant HR experience and collaboration with leaders.
• Empathetic and confident communication style.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder needs and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
