HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner position carries out responsibilities across a broad range of both strategic and administrative HR related functions including but not limited to employee relations, staff training and engagement, employee onboarding, Policy development, and employee file management.

• Establish credibility and trust with workstream leaders and client-facing teams.
• Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Design and deliver leader and staff training initiatives.
• Advise management on employee relations matters.
• Facilitate leave of absence processes.
• Maintain audit-ready employee records.
• Keep leadership informed on HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Process HRIS data changes accurately.
• Uphold confidentiality and promote positive morale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources administration or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of human resources or relevant experience.
• Preferred credentials: HRCI-PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
