Overview

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team at Real, responsible for championing our culture and driving a world-class employee experience by owning the entire employee lifecycle for our team in India.

In Short

• Own and enhance the complete employee journey in India.
• Drive key HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain monthly HR dashboards for business leaders.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Provide timely and empathetic support while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Requirements

• Excellent English comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in the Google Suite of products.
• Expert-level skills in spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data.
• A specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
