Marketing Manager Real Estate - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in positioning and occupancy of our Micro Living real estate in the market, managing new properties from initial analysis to the final marketing strategy.

In Short

• Responsible for the conception, implementation, and reporting of marketing strategies (Print, Digital, and Social Media).
• Coordinate brand onboarding and implementation of object branding for new properties.
• Act as the central interface between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure high-quality placement of real estate listings and manage the customer journey.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses.
• Develop B2C brands and ensure continuous updates of a high-quality brand presence.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with project management abilities and strong communication skills.
• Sense for trends in the real estate market, especially in the Micro Living segment, with creativity in developing marketing concepts.
• Experience in marketing, ideally in the real estate sector, with a focus on digital channels.
• Ability to work independently and result-oriented.
