Affiliate Marketing Manager (Real Estate) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, part-time Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us rapidly attract and onboard real estate coaching micro-influencers who can promote our service for an affiliate fee. This is a remote role open to candidates worldwide, but excellent written and spoken English is essential.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard real estate coaching micro-influencers to our affiliate program.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally with a focus on influencer or micro-influencer recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling affiliate programs, especially in the real estate or coaching niche.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, influencer outreach, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive recruitment targets.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
• Familiarity with compliance, fraud prevention, and ethical marketing practices.
