Overview

The Central Customer Service Representative role is the tactical first level support contact for order placement and fulfilment for both direct and distribution customers. You will represent Renesas with the customer ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through clear and accurate communication and problem resolution.

In Short

  • Daily operational customer interface managing order management and related activities.
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Works closely with regional CSR, Sales, and customer purchasing sites.
  • Entering price quote requests and communicating approved pricing.
  • Reviewing RMA requests and following internal guidance for processing.
  • Handle transactional activities across different systems and reports.
  • Follow business controls per policies ensuring audit compliance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player with a proactive approach to high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work across different ERP systems.
  • Familiar with SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Advanced command of English both spoken and written.
  • Experience in the Semiconductor market is a benefit.
