In Short

  • Assist customers regarding new and existing orders via telephone, email and web chat
  • Develop product/compliance expertise to effectively assist customers
  • Accurately enter order information following detailed order-entry procedures
  • Answer questions on pricing, order status, and provide recommendations
  • Document and own follow-up of customer issues or requests
  • Communicate effectively with supervisor/team for timely expedition of requests
  • Work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; hybrid schedule with 2 days in-office
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is essential

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
