Senior Product Manager, Payroll - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global payroll space as our Senior Product Manager, Payroll. You will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of our customer's (external and internal) needs and pain points and working with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that provide an exceptional payroll experience.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior product manager in a high-growth scale-up company.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions.
• Experience launching products or features that leveraged AI.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven product manager with experience in setting and tracking goals.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management.
• ‘Can do’ attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
