As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution of global payroll solutions across multiple countries, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable product delivery. You will lead complex projects, manage a portfolio of countries, and influence organizational growth by translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps. This role provides the opportunity to mentor junior product managers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and make a tangible impact on the efficiency and expansion of payroll operations in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

In Short

• Own and manage a portfolio of countries, acting as the accountable Product Manager for end-to-end delivery.
• Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead complex or high-impact projects that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and coach Junior Product Managers and other product team members.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, maintaining transparency and alignment internally and externally.
• Partner with Solution Design and engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible and clearly communicated.
• Prioritize backlog items, conduct grooming sessions, and manage sprint planning for effective execution.
• Maintain advanced stakeholder communications with senior leaders, executives, and cross-regional teams.
• Serve as an escalation point for country-specific or cross-functional challenges, championing best practices across the product function.
