Senior Product Manager - Global Payments - Remote

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the CDS Global payments portfolio of products and manage the day-to-day strategy, performance, and innovation of our payment solutions. The payments portfolio includes multiple payment options and solutions in the U.S. and internationally. The Senior Product Manager will be accountable for product roadmap milestones, from product/feature inception to dissolution, as well positioning products and solutions for distribution within multiple channels.

In Short

• Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients’ proprietary information.
• Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
• Responsible for all Product Management activities, including product planning and marketing.
• Writes and delivers Marketing, Product, Customer and Technical Requirements documents.
• Conducts market research and analyzes findings.
• Responsible for the Return on Investment (ROI) and success of products.
• Recommends pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Collaborates with sales, marketing, IT and support staff.
• Works with external third parties to assess partnerships.
• Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the CDS Global business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management.
• Experience with high volume order transactions.
• Strong experience in requirements development and ownership.
• Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analysis skills for complex business situations.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Product Road Maps.
• Complex math skills.
• Experience working in a changing environment.

• Grade Pay Range: $89,336.00 - $120,619.20.
