Groq is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Global Payroll to lead and scale our global payroll operations. This role is crucial for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple countries.

• Oversee and manage global payroll operations across EMEA and APAC.
• Manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of payroll experience, including international exposure.
• Experience with equity-based payroll and ADP systems.
• Private company payroll experience required.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Collaboration with People Operations and Finance teams.
• Experience supporting payroll audits.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong operational mindset.
• Prior people management experience preferred.
