Overview

Groq is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to serve as the primary legal advisor for Groq’s Legal, Finance and Executive team on all corporate and securities matters. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, curious learner, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house corporate legal experience.
• Knowledge of corporate and securities laws.
• Experience drafting board materials and governance documents.
• Ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing.
