• Lead and execute employee onboardings with a specialized focus on the German market.

Requirements

• Advanced career experience in People Operations or HR Operations in the German market.
• Exceptional understanding of German employment agreement language.
• In-depth knowledge of German entity models and labor regulations.
• Proven experience onboarding individuals compliantly in Germany.
• Experience partnering with legal and compliance stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and calm under pressure.
• Solutions-oriented with high situational awareness.
