In Short

• Own Remote’s entire web strategy and execution.
• Lead and scale a cross-functional team.
• Set the vision for the website as a core business driver.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for web KPIs.
• Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Drive site governance, accessibility, brand consistency, and scalability.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web strategy leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional digital teams.
• Deep understanding of modern web architecture and CMS systems.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and coach talent.
• Strategic thinker with execution capabilities.
• Highly collaborative with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; experience working remotely is a plus.
