This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Manager, Onboarding Consultants, as part of our Global Payroll and HCM Services team.

In Short

  • Lead, manage, and scale the global team of Onboarding Consultants.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Define and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for cross-functional alignment.
  • Champion process optimization and automation.
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement in client onboarding.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership for resource forecasting and team growth.
  • Drive change management and adoption of new tools.
  • Use data and insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer onboarding or professional services.
  • Managing global or regional implementation teams.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence across geographies.
  • Passionate about people management and coaching.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision maker.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work asynchronously with a distributed team.
  • Fluent in English.
