Overview

As a Senior Payroll Consultant at Deel, you will lead the successful implementation of clients on our Deel local payroll system across South Africa and the broader African region, guiding them through critical payroll onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll system implementation.
• Strong understanding of South African payroll laws.
• Experience with various payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
