Overview

As a Senior Functional Consultant at Workday, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of Workday solutions for customers, with a focus on Payroll and Workforce Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of functional experience with HR & Payroll software solutions.
• Recent experience with Australian Industry HR & Payroll systems.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to learn technology quickly.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
• Ability to hold an Australian Government security clearance.
