The Senior Consultant’s primary role is to lead the functional team, in addition to participating and driving the analysis & design workshops and capture requirements/user stories then lead the team to configure CE based on the specifications in the design. Our functional consultants also assist in unit testing as well as training and documentation.

In Short

Lead client facing analysis sessions & requirement documentation.
Participate in design, estimation, & configuration activities.
Capture user stories in Azure DevOps & creation/organization of project backlog.
Configure system per user story requirements & design.
Support of junior functional resources as needed.
Lead client facing Sprint demos.
Communicate & coordinate Argano and Client project team members as necessary.
Assist Client SMEs in the execution of Sprint and UAT activities.
Escalates issues to the Solution Architect for resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related experience.
Project leadership experience, team building, and moving programs forward.
Enjoys, thrives and exudes confidence in client facing interactions.
Good understanding of D365CE line of business application capabilities, and CE technical and functional capabilities.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, Office 365, Azure Data Factory and other related technologies.
Experience leading customer facing requirement & business process analysis sessions, user story documentation, & requirement backlog management.
Ability to participate in user story estimation and other user story development practices, pre-sales demos, and other sales support activities.
Strong advocate for adherence to standards, best practice, and delivery processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team.
Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities and drive them to completion.
Ability to travel up to 50% depending on project complexity and customer expectations.
