• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on payroll topics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
