This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space in Employee Lifecycle Operations, by joining our Employee Lifecycle team.

In Short

  • Ensure effective and compliant occupational health and safety activities across multiple countries.
  • Identify, engage, and manage vendor partnerships.
  • Drive contracting processes and manage health and safety events globally.
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for OHS questions.
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide assessments.
  • Coordinate internal audits for compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to OHS procedures.
  • Collaborate with People and Legal teams to draft health and safety policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Work independently while communicating proactively.

Requirements

  • Significant work experience in a digital environment.
  • Operational experience with processes covering multiple countries.
  • Experience managing vendors and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and process mapping abilities.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Team player who works independently.
