In Short

  • Ensure all contract-related activities for Remote’s external employees and clients comply with legal standards.
  • Focus on enhancing employee experience without compromising on speed.
  • Report to the Employee Lifecycle Manager.
  • Manage employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
  • Proactively address inquiries on employment matters.
  • Draft and maintain employee lifecycle documents with accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Work effectively in a remote and asynchronous environment.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance on employment laws.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong background in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for optimizing processes and implementing best practices.
  • Efficient in operations with a focus on data integrity.
  • Interest in documentation and asynchronous working.
  • Experience in remote settings is a plus.
