• Oversee employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
• Manage modifications to Employment Agreements for internal and external employees.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance.
• Assist in managing critical HR initiatives and audits.
• Develop and update global documentation on Contracts Management.
• Provide guidance on various HR matters to clients and employees.
• Draft and maintain employee lifecycle documents with confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling employee data.
• Work independently in a remote environment with multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in HR roles with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong background in managing employee lifecycle events legally and sensitively.
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes.
• Efficiency in operations and data integrity awareness.
• Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and G-suite.
