Specialist, Legal Operations (Contract Management) - Remote

Overview

Hims & Hers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our growing legal team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our contract management processes, leveraging our Ironclad CLM system, and ensuring efficient and compliant contract lifecycles.

In Short

• Serve as an administrator for Ironclad CLM system.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide training and support on Ironclad.
• Develop reports and dashboards for contract metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies.
• May assist in vendor management processes.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in legal operations.
• Hands-on experience with CLM tools, preferably Ironclad.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
