In Short

• Oversee and resolve end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
• Manage modifications to Employment Agreements for internal and external employees.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist Senior Specialists in managing critical initiatives impacting employees across multiple countries.
• Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Contracts Management.
• Provide guidance and manage clients' requests on various HR matters.
• Draft and administer employee lifecycle documents ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to overall customer experience.
• Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner.
• Strong background in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
• Experience in a remote setting or hyper-growth start-up culture is a plus.
