• Ensure contract-related activities for external employees and clients are compliant and efficient.
• Manage employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist in managing HR and financial audits for compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain employee records with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Support HR matters as a trusted consultant to clients and employees.
• Exhibit excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Contribute to the development of internal documentation on Contracts Management.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner.
• Strong background in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Notion, Slack, and G-suite.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in a remote setting is a plus.
