This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Lifecycle Specialist - Contracts Management, joining our Employee Lifecycle team.

In Short

  • Ensure all contract related activities for Remote’s external employees and clients are performed with legal compliance.
  • Manage employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance on various HR matters as a trusted consultant.
  • Draft and administer employee lifecycle documents with attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Maintain employee data and confidential information professionally.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in a remote setting is considered a plus.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong background in managing employee lifecycle events.
  • Ability to interpret and apply employment laws across various jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
  • Proficient in project management and communication tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Familiarity with remote work culture.
