Requirements

• Demonstrated People Management experience in a high-volume operational team.
• Deep understanding of APAC country employment and/or labour laws.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Fluent in English; multiple languages are a plus.
