We are looking for a seasoned and business-oriented commercial lawyer who is interested in helping with our team’s mission, namely: to deliver pragmatic and innovative legal solutions for Remote's products and stakeholders while protecting Remote from unacceptable risk.

In Short

• Act as the primary legal advisor to Americas sales teams.
• Support EMEA sales teams as needed.
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide legal training to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain responsiveness and clarity in legal support.
• Focus on driving business success while navigating legal complexities.
• Build trusted relationships with sales stakeholders.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Bring a solutions-focused mindset to negotiations.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in supporting commercial transactions, particularly SaaS agreements.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial drafting abilities.
• Experience with partnership and channel agreements.
• Prior HR Tech industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of data protection laws is beneficial.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong capacity for independent work and collaboration.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills.
• A healthy dose of humor and humility.
