Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions consulting or related roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a high-growth environment.

• Ability to leverage AI tools for operational excellence.
• Data-driven approach with strong judgment and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with HR and Payroll domains is a plus.
• Experience working remotely is advantageous.
