Overview

The Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions is responsible for managing employee exits and providing first-level Employee Relations support, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Background in managing employee exits with legal compliance.
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide solutions.
• Understanding of employee relations principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Aptitude for process innovation and automation.
• Tech-savvy and able to work asynchronously.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
