The Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions plays a critical role in managing employee exits with a focus on legal compliance and providing exceptional customer service.   • Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters ensuring legal compliance.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for compliance in offboarding activities.
  • Draft and administer termination documents accurately.
  • Respond to queries on offboarding matters.
  • Support clients in understanding employee relations policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Work autonomously in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong background in managing employee exits with legal compliance.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process optimization and automation.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
