  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters including terminations and employment contracts.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees regarding separations.
  • Influence outcomes in complex termination scenarios.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Draft termination documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on offboarding matters.
  • Support clients in understanding disciplinary approaches.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Work autonomously in a remote environment with multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong background in managing employee exits and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive in optimizing processes and implementing best practices.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
