In Short

  • Support the Employee Relations and Transitions team on day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Design and update complex process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across ER&T.
  • Improve customer experience and trust.
  • Increase operational capacity and scalability.
  • Strengthen compliance and risk management.
  • Enable cross-functional execution.
  • Support data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders for operational needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in tech-enabled operational teams.
  • Technical expertise in workflow and data processing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows.
  • Ability to define AI success metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data analysis experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
