HR Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

The HR Automation Engineer will design and optimize global People processes to improve quality and consistency while driving automation improvements to enhance scalability across the People team.

In Short

• Design and optimize global People processes (onboarding, mobility, offboarding, etc.)
• Drive automation and tooling improvements to eliminate manual work
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to evolve internal HR platforms
• Lead complex projects and act as an escalation point for operational challenges
• Enable internal team maturity through documentation and best practices
• Build and implement automations across top-volume service requests
• Redesign onboarding and mobility workflows for clarity
• Establish a self-service documentation library
• Partner with Product to evolve internal employee support tooling
• Focus on process improvement metrics and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations or HR in a global environment
• Strong process design skills for scalable workflows
• Proficiency with HR technology and automation tools
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and insights
• Project management expertise for leading initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills for documentation
• Comfort with ambiguity and problem-solving
