Overview

As a Global Payroll & HCM Onboarding Consultant, you will own the end-to-end project delivery for enterprise-level Global Payroll & HCM Implementations, ensuring structured, predictable implementation journeys for our most complex, multi-country customers.

• Own end-to-end project delivery for Global Payroll & HCM implementations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with clients to gather and analyze needs and requirements.
• Apply formal project management methodologies.
• Coordinate across technical teams and customers.
• Provide guidance and training on HCM & Global Payroll functionalities.
• Develop and deliver customized client documentation.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive customer satisfaction during the implementation phase.
• Document implementation processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Project management experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations.
• Ability to manage technical projects and translate client requirements.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.
• Expertise in formal project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven track record managing multi-country implementations.
• Excellent scope management and change control capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
